The Cliffs of Snow Canyon

Located in St. George at the base of the Red Rock Mountains and Snow Canyon State Park is a private, gated community called The Cliffs. Also referred to as The Cliffs at Snow Canyon, this exclusive neighborhood features homes with 360° views of the surrounding mountains, the Entrada Golf Course, and the Tortoise Reserve. These homes are located off of Snow Canyon Parkway north of downtown St. George close to Santa Clara. Many homes overlook the beautiful Entrada Golf Course and Country Club and are part of several other similar communities and gated neighborhoods throughout Entrada and Snow Canyon.

The Homes in The Cliffs are unique in that even though they are all single-family properties they all carry a unit number. Many homes back up to the golf course while others are nestled at the base of the Red Rock Mountains. All have access to the Cliffs at Entrada clubhouse with tennis courts come as swimming pools, and fitness facilities. Properties range in price from $700,000 up to $1.6 million based on size, condition, and amenities. Lots may still be available starting at around $190,000.
